What is e-Ration Card ?

This e-Ration Card is a replacement of the Paper Ration Card that offers greater convenience and transparency in the distribution of food subsidies. An e-Ration Card is a digitized PDF document with a QR code issued by the Food & Supplies Department of West Bengal government to eligible households.

Who can download it?

• Digital Ration Card or e-Ration Card is accessible for those citizens of West Bengal who already have an active Ration Card.
• The Ration Card must be linked with Aadhaar number.

How to download e-Ration Card?

1. Visit the official website of the Food & Supplies Department of West Bengal.

2. Under Special Services, click “e-Ration Card”.

3. Scroll up and click on “Click to download e-Ration Card ” option.

4. Enter the ration card number of any included family members.

5. Type the Captcha code 

6. Then click “Search”

7. Click on “send OTP” option on the right side.

7. Fill OTP.

8. All family members’ names and ration card numbers will be displayed. On the right side, click “DOWNLOAD E-RC” next to the family member whose ration card you want to download.
