1st Unit
1st Unit (Electrostatics) থেকে 1 mark এর দুটি MCQ ও 3 marks এর দুটি short answer question ll আসবে। তাহলে Electrostatics থেকে পরীক্ষায় টোটাল ৮ marks থাকছে। Electrostatics বা স্থিরতড়িৎ
এর 4 টি topic হল:

- তড়িৎক্ষেত্র
- তড়িৎবিভব
- ধারকত্ব ও ধারক
2nd Unit
2nd Unit (Current Electricity) থেকে unit থেকে 1 mark এর 1টি MCQ, 2 marks এর short answer question l 1টি ও 5 marks এর long answer question আসবে 1টি। Total আট marks Current Electricity থেকে আসছে। Current Electricity বা প্রবাহী তড়িৎ থেকে 3 টি topic হল:
- তড়িৎপ্রবাহ ও ওহমের সূত্র
- কারশফের সূত্রাবলি ও তড়িৎ সংক্রান্ত পরিমাপ
- তড়িৎ শক্তি ও ক্ষমতা
3rd Unit
3rd Unit(Managetic Effect of Current and Magnetism) থেকে 1 mark এর দুটি MCQ, 1 mark এর very short answer question 1 টি, 2 marks এর short answer question l 1 টি ও 3 mark এর short answer question ll আসবে 1 টি। অতএব Managetic Effect of Current and Magnetism থেকে টোটাল ৮ marks পরীক্ষায় আসছে। তড়িৎপ্রবাহের চৌম্বকক্রিয়া ও চৌম্বকত্ত্ব বা Managetic Effect of Current and Magnetism এর দুটি টপিক হল:
- তড়িৎচুম্বকত্ত্ব
- পদার্থের চুম্বক ধর্ম
4th Unit
4th Unit (Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current) থেকে 2 টি MCQ, 1 টি very short answer question এবং 1 টি long answer question পরীক্ষায় আসবে। Total 08 marks Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current থেকে আসছে তাহলে। এই unit (তড়িৎচুম্বকীয় আবেশ ও পরবর্তী প্রবাহ) এর topic দুটি হল:
- তড়িৎচুম্বকীয় আবেশ
- পরিবর্তী প্রবাহ
5th Unit
5th Unit (Electromagnetic Waves) থেকে 1 টি MCQ এবং 1 টি very short answer question l (2 marks) পরীক্ষায় আসবে। মোট 03 marks Electromagnetic Waves থেকে আসছে। Electromagnetic Waves বা তড়িৎচুম্বকীয় তরঙ্গ থেকে একটি বিষয় হল:
- তড়িৎচুম্বকীয় তরঙ্গসমূহ
6th Unit
6th chapter (Optics) থেকে রয়েছে 2 টি MCQ, 1 টি very short answer question, 3 marks এর short answer question ll দুটি এবং 5 marks এর long answer question একটি। অতএব Optics থেকে মোট 14 নম্বর পরীক্ষায় আসবে। Optics বা আলোকবিজ্ঞান থেকে সাতটি বিষয় হল:
- আলোর প্রতিফলন
- আলোর প্রতিসরণ
- গোলীয় তলে আলোর প্রতিসরণ: লেন্স
- আলোর বিচ্ছুরণ ও বিক্ষেপণ
- আলোকীয় যন্ত্রাদি

- আলোর অপবর্তন ও সমবর্তন
7th Unit
7th Unit (Dual Nature of Radiation and Matter) থেকে মোট 4 নম্বর পরীক্ষায় আসবে। যার মধ্যে MCQ একটি ও 3 short answer question ll নম্বরের একটি থাকবে। Dual Nature of Radiation and Matter বা পদার্থের দ্বৈত সত্তা এবং বিকিরণ থেকে 1 টি topic হল:
- কোয়ান্টাম তত্ত্ব
8th Unit
8th Unit (Atoms and Nuclei) থেকে মোট 6 নম্বর থাকছে, একটি MCQ, একটি 2 নম্বরের short answer question l ও একটি 3 নম্বরের short answer question ll। Atoms and Nuclei বা পরমাণু ও নিউক্লিয়াস
থেকে 2 টি বিষয় নিম্নরূপ:

9th Unit
Physics class 12 9th Unit (Electronic Devices) থেকে 08 marks পরীক্ষায় থাকছে, যেগুলি হল 1টি MCQ, 1টি very short answer question (1 marks) এবং 3 marks এর 2 টি short answer question ll। Electronic Devices বা বৈদ্যুতিক যন্ত্রসমূহ থেকে দুইটি topic নিম্নরূপ:
- অর্ধপরিবাহী ও ইলেকট্রনিকস
- ডিজিটাল বর্তনী
10th Unit
10th Unit (Communication System) থেকে একটি MCQ এবং একটি short answer question l (2 marks) আসবে, তাহলে last unit থেকে মোট তিন নম্বর পরীক্ষায় থাকছে। Communication System বা সঞ্চার ব্যবস্থা থেকে যে topic টি কভার করা হয় সেটি হল সঞ্চার ব্যবস্থাই।
