To access the benefit under PMJAY scheme, individuals must have an Ayushman Bharat Card. This Card acts as an essential identification document for receiving free or subsidized medical treatment.

How to download Ayushman Bharat Card

Step 1: Visit the official website at http://beneficiary.nha.gov.in

Step 2:

• Select Beneficiary, enter Captcha & Mobile number
• Click Verify
• Enter OTP & log in

Step 3:

• Scheme — PMJAY
• State — Your State
• Sub Scheme — PMJAY
• District — Your District
• Search By — Aadhaar or Ration Card
• Enter the ID number of the selected document
• Fill Captcha code & Search

Step 4:

All family member’s name listed here, on right side click Download icon whose Ayushman card you want to download

(only approved card can be downloaded)

Step 5:

• Click — Verify

Step 6:

• Click — check box
• Click — Allow

Step 7:

• Enter Aadhaar & mobile OTP
• Click on Authenticate

Step 7:

• Click — Download Card
• Select Beneficiary name

Step 8:

• Select Aadhar OTP
• Click– Verify

Step 9:-

•  Click on the checkbox
• Click on Allow

Step 10:

• Enter Aadhaar & mobile OTP

Step 11:

• Click on Download

Step 12:

Finally, your Digital Ayushman Bharat Card PDF had ben downloded succesfully. Now you can print it or save it for further use.
